The group is organised by practice: company formation, banking and treasury, tax and accounting, compliance and AML, licensing, immigration, restructuring, AI automation. The group is led by the managing partner, Maksym Stepanenko.
One named partner per project
Every project is led by one INNOVA partner, who knows the substance of the task and answers for it to the client.
Specialists by profile
Depending on the task, INNOVA brings in tax, AML, corporate-law, immigration and banking-support specialists. Where a regulator requires a licensed person, that step is done by a licensed local specialist.
