The group is organised by practice: legal and corporate law, audit and tax accounting, marketing, recruiting. Each practice is run by a team of profile specialists under the leadership of the managing partner — Maksym Stepanenko.
Boutique format: you work with a senior expert
We do not have a model where a junior does the initial work and the partner only appears on the final call. The client always works with an expert who understands the essence of their project and bears personal responsibility for the result.
Specialists by profile
The team includes tax consultants, MLRO specialists, corporate lawyers, immigration and banking-support specialists. All are in the group's employ, not subcontracted.
