Three collaboration formats

P/01

Referral programme

You refer a client with a specific request in international corporate law, tax or regulatory compliance — we run the project and you remain the source.

For whom: Law firms, accountants, tax and financial advisors, business brokers without specialisation in a particular jurisdiction or licence type.
How it works: You pass the contact and a brief task profile. We confirm receipt, agree the format and keep you updated on status until completion.
Terms: A referral fee is possible — terms are discussed individually based on the profile of referred clients and documented in writing before the start. We do not publish fixed rates: they depend on volume and jurisdiction.

Subcontracting (white-label)

You have a client with a task in a country where you do not operate — we take the project on subcontract and deliver under your brand or anonymously, as agreed.

For whom: Practices that need to close a cross-border task without losing the client and without building a presence in a foreign jurisdiction.
How it works: Scope → fixed quote after a 30-minute review → execution by the relevant practice. You remain the single point of contact for the client if that is easier.
Terms: We work correctly: we do not poach the client, we do not compete on adjacent services, and we keep the source confidential. Terms are individual and fixed in an agreement.

Joint projects (co-delivery)

For complex international structures requiring expertise in several jurisdictions at once, we are open to co-delivery — dividing areas of responsibility.

For whom: Firms and consultants with strong local expertise that need a partner for the other jurisdictions in the bundle.
How it works: Joint scope, division of responsibility by practice, single plan and aligned schedule. Format — tailored to each case.
Terms: Allocation of work and economics by agreement between the parties for the specific project. No fixed templates: each bundle is priced separately.
