The group is led by Maksym Stepanenko, Managing Partner of INNOVA Consulting Group (group companies: INNOVA CG LTD, England and Wales, and INNOVA CONSULT LTD., Canada). His practice covers international business structuring, banking, and licensing, with coverage of 50+ jurisdictions, and he runs the Canada practice personally — scoping, banking dialogues and key regulatory filings go through his desk.

In the United Kingdom, company formation and accounting services are delivered together with partner firms supervised for anti-money-laundering purposes under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017.
