Managing Partner — Maksym Stepanenko
The group is led by Managing Partner Maksym Stepanenko (legal entity of the group — INNOVA CONSULT LTD, Ottawa, Canada). His practice covers international business structuring, banking support and licensing in 50+ jurisdictions; he runs the Canada desk personally. Understanding how regulators, banks and tax authorities really work in different countries comes from live practice, not textbooks.
