INNOVA is an international group of specialised companies. We have worked in international business since 2012. The group runs eight practices: company formation, banking and treasury, tax and accounting, compliance and AML, licensing, immigration, restructuring and AI automation. Coverage spans 50+ jurisdictions — from classic onshore markets to offshore and midshore structures. Six jurisdictions are covered in depth; the rest are delivered by the managing partner, INNOVA staff or vetted local partners under one plan.

Managing Partner — Maksym Stepanenko
The group is led by Managing Partner Maksym Stepanenko (group companies: INNOVA CG LTD, England and Wales, and INNOVA CONSULT LTD., Canada). His practice covers international business structuring, banking support and licensing with coverage of 50+ jurisdictions; he runs the Canada practice personally. Understanding how regulators, banks and tax authorities really work in different countries comes from live practice.
