If the bank refuses
The bank makes the decision, and sometimes the answer is no. This is what we do then. The engagement letter sets the exact terms.
We contest
We contest the refusal with the bank.
Another route
We try another payment tool or another bank.
Our fault: refund
If the refusal is our fault, we refund the payment for that stage.
Undisclosed circumstances
If the refusal follows from circumstances the client did not disclose at the start, for example a record in international watch or sanctions lists, the payment is not refunded, because we would not have taken such a case on.

Every figure above is an honest entry price from real engagements — not a teaser. Once we have scoped the task you hold a fixed quote in writing: deliverables list, deadline calendar, one number. No hourly-billing surprises. Government fees are named upfront, never buried.
Paid consultation
A 30-minute video consultation with a partner. USD 99, credited in full when the project starts; after you pick a time we confirm the booking and send an invoice, and the consultation is held once the invoice is paid.
