How it started
INNOVA began as a boutique international corporate-law practice. Over the years we have been through several regulatory cycles, several waves of tax reform and several crises — and kept clients through each of them.
2015 — European market entry
We opened an operating presence in the United Kingdom — at a time when Brexit was only beginning to be discussed. Clients with European structures appeared long before it became a mass request.
2017 — Estonia desk
We opened a partner office in Tallinn during the growth of e-Residency and interest in European corporate structures.
2018 — UAE
We entered the UAE market during the early expansion of free zones — before Dubai became the obvious choice for international entrepreneurs. We know the market from the inside, not from general articles.
2020 — working through the pandemic
We continued working without losing a single client project. The remote-management infrastructure built during this period became the basis of our current cross-office coordination model.
2024 — UAE corporate tax
We guided clients through the first full cycle of UAE CT filings. We saw all the typical errors from the inside — and know how to avoid them in the second cycle.
2026 — 50+ jurisdictions
The network now covers 50+ jurisdictions in six regions. Over the years we have taken clients through many regulatory changes. We will still be here in 5 years when you come to renew your structure.
