What you must know first
The CZK 1 statutory capital figure is not the full formation price. Czechia's standard corporate income tax rate is 21%; VAT obligations, non-resident ownership and ongoing compliance need separate analysis.
Ownership of a Czech company does not automatically provide a visa or residence permit. Those government procedures have their own eligibility criteria.
